The remaining balance of our service fee is generally payable before your departure. Since Three Bears Travel does not book flights on behalf of customers, we recommend arranging your flights as soon as your tour dates are confirmed. Booking early often provides better availability and pricing. You may choose any airline or route that best suits your travel plans.
